The highly qualified staff of i2s is available to customers both during the implementation of the project and throughout the use of our applications. For example, some of the consulting services we can provide:

The services above are provided by specialized engineering consultants who have considerable experience both in the organization and implementation of large projects and in maintenance matters.
At i2s we consider user training to be a key factor in the efficient and successful operation of the software.
For this reason, we attach great importance to training services following a proven and comprehensive methodology which is flexible enough to take into account the specificities of each business.
Specifically, user training includes, of course, in addition to the presentation of the program's functions,
- guidance for the best possible configuration of the software – suggestions from i2s specialists
- guidance for handling all the daily tasks (simple and more complex) of the business through the software
In any case, the software is adapted to the procedures followed in the company and which have been analyzed and fully understood by the trainers before the training stage.
Printed training materials are distributed to users, while in addition to the software manual, they can also find detailed instructions in the help file (Help file) that accompanies the application.
The technical department of i2s is always next to the customer to provide support services regarding either technical issues (installation, upgrading the application, solving technical problems, etc.) or help in using the software.
Support services are provided to customers on site, by phone and with the help of the Internet.
